- We do not replace your doctor or your medications. Keep your medical care as usual; when something is outside our scope, we guide you to the right professional.

Free 30-minute assessment
In person, at our clinic in Orlando. Before the visit, you fill out a complete questionnaire. In the session, Marcelo reviews your answers with you, along with anything from your medical care you'd like to share, so our care fits safely alongside it. Then he explains the care path that may make sense for you. No cost and no obligation.

The Neuro ID Program
If it makes sense for you, a structured 12-session program that combines manual therapy and nervous system support resources, with a clear beginning, middle and end. The program investment is presented in person, after the assessment.

What does integrative mean at IFWC?
Instead of looking at one symptom at a time, we look at how your routine, sleep, energy, physical tension and daily pressure relate to each other. Then we combine hands-on manual therapy with complementary wellness methods to support your body's ability to regulate itself.
Do I need to stop my medications or my medical care?
No. Keep following your doctor's guidance, and never change a medication without talking to the person who prescribed it.
