1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of jifwc.com, including its English, Portuguese, and Spanish versions (the "Website"), operated by Moreira & Angeli LLC, doing business as Integrative & Functional Wellness Center ("IFWC," "we," "us," or "our"), 7635 Ashley Park Court, Suite 503 F-G, Orlando, FL 32835, USA.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (jifwc.com/privacy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website. Wellness services you receive at our clinic are also governed by the intake, consent, and scheduling policy documents you accept when you book or become a client. If those documents conflict with these Terms regarding your services, those documents control.

2. Our services and scope of practice

Services at IFWC are provided under Florida massage therapy licenses MA103089 (practitioner) and MM44640 (establishment). Our work is wellness care that supports the body's self-regulation.

• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Our services complement, and do not replace, medical care.
• Always consult your physician about medical conditions and before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment.
• Nothing on the Website creates a client or provider relationship. That relationship begins only when you schedule and attend a session and complete our intake documents.

About our practitioners' background: Marcelo Moreira has more than 27 years of clinical experience and trained and practiced as a physiotherapist in Brazil. He is not licensed as a physical therapist in the United States; his services in Florida are provided under his massage therapy license. References to academic training or research describe education and background only and do not indicate any additional license to practice in Florida.

3. Emergencies

The Website, our forms, the questionnaire, WhatsApp, social media messages, and email are not monitored for emergencies and must not be used to seek urgent help.

• If you are experiencing a medical emergency in the United States, call 911.
• If you are in emotional crisis in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
• If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency services.

4. Website content is informational only

All content on the Website, including text, articles, videos, descriptions of the Neuro ID Method™, program descriptions, and testimonials, is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a physician or other licensed healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Website.

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free of errors.

5. Wellness self-assessment questionnaire (MSQ)

The Website links to a wellness self-assessment questionnaire (a symptom questionnaire commonly known as the MSQ) hosted on our own scheduling and records platform, OXIEL™ Core, at app.jifwc.com. By using the questionnaire, you understand and agree that:

• It is an educational screening tool. It is not a medical test and not a diagnosis.
• Your score reflects only how you answered at that moment. It does not measure the severity of any condition, does not identify any cause, and cannot tell you whether you have or do not have any medical condition.
• Completing the questionnaire does not create a client or provider relationship.
• You should share your results with your healthcare provider, especially before making any health decision.
• If any answer reflects an urgent situation, follow Section 3 (911, 988, or local emergency services). The questionnaire is not reviewed in real time.
• How we collect, use, and keep your answers is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Scheduling, cancellations, and payments

Appointments may be requested through the Website's scheduling link (app.jifwc.com), by phone, or by WhatsApp. A request is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation.

Our Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy is presented to you, and must be accepted, when you book. In summary: cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment have no fee; a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-show may incur a fee of 100%. These fees apply except where a health plan agreement we participate in does not allow it. Fees are never charged automatically: each case is reviewed individually before any fee is assessed. Prices and program availability shown on the Website, if any, may change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by us.

Insurance: our services are self-pay (cash pay), and we do not bill health plans directly. We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement are decided by your insurer or plan, and we do not guarantee any coverage or reimbursement.

7. Communications and automated assistant

If you contact us through the Website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email, or phone, you agree that we may reply through the same channel. Some replies on messaging channels may be generated by an automated assistant and may be handed off to a member of our team. Automated replies provide general information and scheduling help only; they are not health advice and do not replace a conversation with our team or with your healthcare provider.

8. Our platform and third-party services

The Website links to services that are not part of jifwc.com:

• OXIEL™ Core (app.jifwc.com), our own scheduling, questionnaire, and client records platform. When you use it, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Notice of Privacy Practices apply, together with any additional terms displayed on that platform, such as the scheduling policy you accept at booking.
• Third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google (Maps and reviews), Instagram, Facebook, and other external websites.

Third-party services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not mean we endorse the third party. Please do not send sensitive health information through WhatsApp or social media messages; use them for general questions and scheduling.

9. Testimonials and reviews

Testimonials and review excerpts on the Website are shared with the permission of the people who wrote them, or quoted from public reviews as indicated. They reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person, and testimonials are not a promise or guarantee that you will have the same experience.

10. Government and organizations

The Government & Organizations page and any capability statement are informational descriptions of our capabilities. They are not an offer, bid, quote, or contract. Any engagement with an agency, prime contractor, or organization will be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. 11. Mentorship and publications (Dayane Angeli M. Moreira)

Mentorship, courses, and publications presented on the Dayane page, including the book "Faxina Emocional," are offered and sold by Moreira & Angeli LLC. They are personal development and educational offerings. They are not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical care, or massage therapy services, and they do not replace care from a licensed mental health or healthcare professional. Specific conditions of each purchase or enrollment (price, format, schedule, and refunds) are presented at the time of purchase and, together with these Terms, govern that purchase.

12. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, questionnaires as presented, program structures, and software, are owned by or licensed to Moreira & Angeli LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Neuro ID Method™ and OXIEL™, as well as IFWC, Integrative & Functional Wellness Center, and related logos, are trademarks of Moreira & Angeli LLC. Other names and marks, including third-party questionnaires, platforms, and products mentioned on the Website, belong to their respective owners.

You may view and print Website content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or use our content or marks to offer training, programs, or services, without our prior written permission.

13. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• provide false information or impersonate another person, including when completing forms or the questionnaire for someone else without authorization;
• use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, OXIEL™ Core, or our systems, or interfere with their security or operation;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect content or data from the Website, including for training artificial intelligence models, without our written permission;
• upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.

We may restrict or end access to the Website for anyone who violates these Terms.

14. Age

The Website and our forms are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Minors may use our forms or services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors or harmful components, and we make no promise of any particular health or wellness result from using the Website or its content.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moreira & Angeli LLC and its owners, practitioners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website, the questionnaire, or any content or third-party service linked from the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

This Section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, and it does not govern the wellness services you receive at our clinic, which are governed by your intake, consent, and scheduling policy documents.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moreira & Angeli LLC and its owners, practitioners, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

18. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives your right to participate in a class action.

19. Privacy and health information

Our Privacy Policy (jifwc.com/privacy) explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including questionnaire answers and messages. As a healthcare provider that follows HIPAA standards, we also provide a Notice of Privacy Practices (jifwc.com/notice-of-privacy-practices), which describes how your protected health information may be used and disclosed and your rights regarding it. Requests to delete your data can be made as described on our Data Deletion page (jifwc.com/data-deletion), subject to the record retention obligations that apply to health records.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are significant, provide additional notice where appropriate. Changes apply from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

21. Language

These Terms are available in English, Portuguese, and Spanish for your convenience. If there is any conflict or difference between versions, the English version prevails.

22. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Notice of Privacy Practices and the documents you accept at booking, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
